Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Tenderloin!

Servings: 8 Difficulty: Beginner

In another effort to keep the oven off on a hot day, I dialed in this VERY EASY recipe for barbecued pulled pork tenderloin in the Crock-pot and it is SO SO FABULOUS!

The secret to keeping the protein high and the calories down here is swapping a pork shoulder for a pork tenderloin! I was shocked how well a pork tenderloin worked in the slow cooker, how lean it was, and how flavorful and tender it came out, all shredded up and mixed in with the cooking juices!
