Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Bowl!

Servings: 1 Difficulty: Beginner

Of course you know that I cook, and that most of my nutrition comes from whole foods, but I don’t mind sharing that I also eat one meal every day that incorporates protein powder. Having one meal every day supplemented with 20g of any flavor of protein powder really helps me meet my protein goals, and I honestly look forward to it!

I have quite the collection of protein powder flavors, and I really like to experiment with all of them. When I found this strawberry cheesecake flavor from Clean Simple Eats (I’m not sponsored), I combined it with cottage cheese instead of yogurt to really give me that cheesecake moment, and it was absolutely DELICIOUS piled high with fresh strawberries and banana! If you have a few minutes to whip the cottage cheese to make it a little bit smooth, I think it makes this bowl even more cheesecak-ier.
