If you’re hungry and having a busy day, here is your reminder that there is hardly anything easier than scrambling a few eggs and putting some summer (or fall or winter!) fruit on the side!
I added just a little egg white to my eggs to get this bowl over 30g of protein, which is what I try to get to at every meal.
This was delicious, it filled my belly, and it had all the nutrition I needed!
Sometimes eating well just really doesn’t need to be fancy or complicated. Eat this for breakfast, or for a very quick lunch or snack! Remember, eggs don’t have to be just for breakfast!
