I love avocado toast, but these days when I see it I’m always like, “where’s the protein?” I got this one slice of toast to over 30g of protein by adding cottage cheese and smoked salmon (also known as lox), and it was delicious!
My seasoning of choice for this one is Spike. You can use whatever seasoning you love, or just plain salt and pepper. Just remember to season your cottage cheese and your avocado!
