Pasta is one of my favorite comfort foods, so I love that I have figured out that pairing pasta with protein and fiber rich ingredients allows me to enjoy my favorite comfort food and still meet my nutrition goals! My family has been adding peas to pasta for years and it not only adds fiber, but it also adds another layer of starchy deliciousness that is so good!Â
I was looking for a way to have a little Hamburger Helper moment too, and I think I’ve done it!
Does this have carbs? Yes, 45g per serving to be exact. Does that mean that this is bad for you? Not in my house! Carbs give me the energy that I need to fuel my workouts, and, um… They just make me happier.
