Canadian Bacon & Cheese Breakfast Quiche!

Do you want to start off your day with a hot breakfast that has a nice amount of protein, but you don’t have a lot of time? This delicious breakfast quiche with Canadian bacon and cheese comes together in minutes, and it is so delicious! I love how this one is low in calories too, but don’t you worry. I promise it will stick to your ribs and keep you satisfied for a few hours!

  1. In a small bowl, combine the egg and the egg whites and season to taste with dill, garlic powder, and salt & pepper.

  1. Place the tortilla in a small non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray, over low heat.

  1. Pour the egg mixture on top of the tortilla, sprinkle on the Canadian bacon and the cheese.

  1. Cover and let cook over low heat until the eggs are cooked through (about 6 minutes), and enjoy!
