Oatmeal Bowl with Honey, Cottage Cheese & Blueberries!

Servings: 1 Difficulty: Beginner

I love oatmeal, and it’s so good for you, but I struggled to find a way to enjoy it because it’s a lot of calories for only a little bit of protein. I really like to get at least 30g of protein at every meal, especially at breakfast to start my day strong. Adding some creamy cottage cheese, sweet honey, fresh fruit, and cinnamon gave me a delicious and satisfying combination that met my nutrition goals! This is beautiful, loaded oatmeal bowl is a winner!
