Cherry & White Peach Yogurt Bowl!

I cannot stop making yogurt bowls for breakfast! Yogurt bowls are an easy way to start the day off by packing in the fiber and the protein, and they are just so delicious!

…and if not for breakfast, how about a yogurt bowl for a delicious, refreshing and satisfying snack in the middle of the day?

I always add a little ground flax to my yogurt for fiber, plus a little jam to amp up the sweetness as well. …and I just love using whatever fruit is in season! Isn’t it such a treat to have sweet, fresh cherries and peaches in the summer? Since I couldn’t decide which I wanted, I decided to put them together and have both!

Description

I use coconut cream protein powder here, but vanilla or any other flavor of protein powder that you think would match would be excellent too! This one is all about the fresh fruit!

  1. In your breakfast bowl, combine the ground flax seed and protein powder with the yogurt, and stir until blended and creamy.

  2. Top with the jam, then pile on the peaches and the cherries, and enjoy!
