If you are looking for a quick, easy, healthy, high protein meal, this one is for you! This dish comes together with the most basic ingredients, but when you eat it you’ll know that there is nothing basic about it!
The thing that really takes this simple dish to the next level is the technique. You want peppers that are tender, roasted and sweet – don’t rush them and add the shrimp too early.
The simple combo of oyster sauce and umami sauce dresses this up perfectly. If you don’t have umami sauce, a little light soy sauce would work too!
