5-Ingredient Egg & Tomato Breakfast!

You don’t need a million fancy ingredients to eat a healthy breakfast of whole foods that is also pretty to look at! A nicely seasoned egg with some egg whites blended in, a piece of good quality buttered toast, and a fresh tomato is all it takes! This is a nice size breakfast that will keep you full for a very long time, and it is perfect for those mornings when you don’t have a lot of time.

Description

So many times good nutrition is about ADDING food to your plate! The tomatoes are so perfect -- fresh, juicy and so, so good with the hot breakfast.

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, scramble together the egg, egg whites, dill, and onion powder and season with salt & pepper to taste.

  2. Pour the egg mixture into a small nonstick skillet over low heat, then cover and cook without stirring until the eggs are set (about 5 minutes).

  3. Season the tomatoes with salt & pepper and add them to the side.

  4. Serve with buttered toast and enjoy!
