Oatmeal Bowl with
Honey, Cottage Cheese
& Blueberries!
I love oatmeal, and it's so good for you, but I was really struggling to find a way to enjoy it because oatmeal is actually a lot of calories for only a little protein! I have tried mixing in protein powder, adding yogurt, and even adding egg whites, but it wasn't until I added whipped cottage cheese, some honey, fruit and cinnamon that I found the winner! This is a beautiful and satisfying combination! I just love the cold/creamy with the hot/savory vibes.


1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Protein Oats, cooked in water
3/4 cup 1% Whipped Cottage Cheese
1 tsp Honey
1/2 cup Blueberries
Cinnamon
Makes 1 serving: 34g Protein, 7g Fiber, 396 Calories
