Tuna Salad Wrap!
Looking for protein? BOOM! Looking for fiber? BOOM! I threw this together so quickly by making a simple tuna salad, and I could barely finish it! It was huge and it made me so full! If you are having a really hungry day, but want to stick to your nutrition plan, you will love this one! Really fast, so delicious and super satisfying!


Combine the following ingredients together to make the tuna salad:
1 can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna & Sea Salt
1 slice Red Onion, diced
1 slices Tomato, diced
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp chopped Fresh Parsley
Salt & Pepper
