Spinach & Smoke Salmon
Breakfast Wrap!
This delicious, high protein wrap is a perfect quick and healthy meal to set the tone for your whole day! It's high in protein and low in calories, but PACKED with flavor! The combination of the fluffy eggs, the fresh spinach, and the savory smoked salmon is just so good. This is a great breakfast for busy mornings, or even a quick meal post-workout, and it's great on the go too!



Ingredients:
½ cup Egg Whites
1 Egg
Garlic Salt, to taste
Dried Dill, to taste
Cooking Spray
1/2 cup Fresh Spinach
2 oz Smoked Salmon
1 Mission Low Carb Spinach Tortilla
Instructions:
Add the egg to the egg whites, season to taste with garlic salt and dill, and mix to combine.
Add a spinach to a non-stick pan with a lid coated in cooking spray, cover, and wilt over medium-low heat for about 1 minute.
Pour egg mixture over the wilted spinach, cover and cook until the eggs are almost set, about 1-2 minutes.
Layer the smoked salmon on top of the eggs, cover the with the tortilla, and gently flip the entire omelet over.
Cook until the tortilla has browned and enjoy!
