One tin of sardines is full of protein, an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin B12, vitamin D, calcium, and iron. ...and paired with an apple and half of an avocado it's almost half of the fiber you'll need all day! Sardines aren't gross, and you CAN eat them whole! There is so much nutrition on this humble snack plate. Don't knock it until you try it!
