Your yogurt bowl inspiration for the day! It is no secret that a yogurt bowl is on repeat for breakfast over here! A properly built yogurt bowl is truly my favorite breakfast because it is packed with protein and fiber, and it is also just so delicious!
…but just because they are on repeat doesn’t mean that all of my yogurt bowls are the same! I never get sick of them because I love to switch them up all the time! I think it’s super fun to try new protein powder flavors too!

Combine the chia seeds and the flax seed in a small bowl, add 3-4 tbsp water, and set aside to let soak for about 2-3 minutes.

In a larger bowl, combine the soaked seeds (and any remaining water) with the yogurt and the protein powder.
