I love to make double the steak and have it for leftovers for a quick wrap or a steak salad lunch during the week!
Scrub the sweet potatoes, then rub them lightly with olive oil and salt.
Place the sweet potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast at 350 degrees for 40
minutes, or until cooked through and softened.
Rinse the beans and remove any stem ends.
Place the rinsed and trimmed beans in a shallow saucepan with a lid, pour in 1 cup of water, and sprinkle lightly with salt.
Cover the pan, place it over medium heat, and after the water starts boiling continue to cook for about 5 minutes until the beans are tender.
Lightly drizzle the steak with soy sauce then season generously with Montreal steak seasoning.
Grill the steak until your desired level of doneness, then remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain to serve.
