Once you try this recipe, you'll be making it on rotation with whatever you have on hand!
In a small bowl, combine the egg and the egg whites and season to taste with dill, garlic powder, and salt & pepper.
Place the tortilla in a small non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray, over low heat.
Pour the egg mixture on top of the tortilla, sprinkle on the Canadian bacon and the cheese.
Cover and let cook over low heat until the eggs are cooked through (about 6 minutes), and enjoy!
