BBQ Chicken Breasts!

There is hardly any protein source that is as high in protein and low in calories as a boneless skinless chicken breast. …but sometimes it can be challenging to make them interesting and taste yummy! I love to meal prep chicken. I often make them on the barbecue and they are so easy and so good, and when I see those leftovers in my fridge I’m so excited!

Everything changed when I discovered the power of prioritizing protein at every meal and lifting heavy weights to build muscle! I finally feel like myself again!
