Beef & Cabbage Stir Fry!

This high protein, low calorie stir fry is quick, easy, and packed with flavor! It's made with simple, budget-friendly ingredients, and it comes together in minutes to make three nice, big servings! Enjoy it on its own or add rice for an even more filling meal! I love topping it with chili crunch for extra spice and crunch!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp chopped Fresh Ginger
2 cloves Garlic, sliced
1 lb. lean Ground Beef
8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
1 head of Cabbage, sliced
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Grapeseed Oil (or Peanut Oil)

Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, cook the ginger and garlic in the grapeseed oil for about a minute.
2. Add the beef and cook until browned. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 2 minutes.
3. Add the cabbage, cover and cook until slightly wilted.
4. Combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to form a sauce, then add to the sauce to the pan.
5. Cover and continue to cook, tossing occasionally, until soft and all of the flavors have combined.

Makes 3 servings: 34g Protein, 5g Fiber, 356 Calories per serving
