Season the chicken generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then toss in 1 tbsp of olive oil to coat.
Brown the chicken on both sides in a pan over medium high heat, then remove the browned chicken to a plate and set it aside.
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, the garlic, and the tomato paste, and cook for about a minute.
To the same pan, add the broth, sundried tomatoes, cream, and parmesan cheese.
Return the browned chicken to the pan and finish cooking the chicken in the sauce, basting the chicken, and turning it from time to time to get it coated in the sauce.
Once the chicken has cooked through and the sauce has thickened, remove the chicken to a dish.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, and toss to combine, adding some of the pasta cooking water to loosen up the sauce to your taste.
Serve the chicken with the pasta, and enjoy!
