I meal prepped this AMAZING high protein, low calorie meal to have for dinner and for lunches throughout the week, and oh my GOSH it was SO GOOD! It came together so quickly and easily, with no pre-cooking before you add it to the slow cooker!
This is definitely one of those dishes that just gets better in the fridge every day. ...and this one is also definitely gonna be on rotation during football season for game day!
Makes 4 servings (Sausage & Red Beans only): 32g Protein, 23g Fiber, 474 Calories per serving (with ½ cup rice: 34g Protein, 23g Fiber, 595 Calories per serving)
