So many times good nutrition is about ADDING food to your plate! The tomatoes are so perfect -- fresh, juicy and so, so good with the hot breakfast.
In a small bowl, scramble together the egg, egg whites, dill, and onion powder and season with salt & pepper to taste.
Pour the egg mixture into a small nonstick skillet over low heat, then cover and cook without stirring until the eggs are set (about 5 minutes).
Season the tomatoes with salt & pepper and add them to the side.
Serve with buttered toast and enjoy!
