Beef Kofta Wrap!

This easy, high protein dish is the perfect thing to make when you are bored with your regular menu. Adding herbs and warm spices absolutely transforms a simple little ground beef patty into a flavor bomb! ... and I think that kofta just begs for something creamy alongside, so I made the fastest cucumber yogurt spread and it was so so good. Making extras is a bonus. You'll be so glad to have these leftovers!

For the Kofta, combine together:

1 slice Oroweat 12 Grains & Seeds Bread, processed into bread crumbs
4 tbsp grated Onion
1 lb 85/15 Ground Beef
1 Egg
2 tbsp chopped Fresh Parsley
1 tbsp chopped Fresh Mint
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Allspice
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper

Once all of the ingredients are combined, form the mixture into 12 equal-sized patties, then fry the patties on both sides until cooked through.

For the Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce, combine together:

2 tbsp grated Onion
½ cup diced Cucumber
170g 2% Greek Yogurt
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper

1 serving is 1 Mission Carb Balance tortilla, with 26g of yogurt sauce, and 3 kofta patties:
